This Doggy breed does perfectly in the majority of climates, but thrives in moderate and cooler weather conditions. As with any Doggy breed, these canines are delicate to heat. Wirehaired Pointing Griffons have coarse and wiry double coats, which do provide them with some protection from the cold.
